Our approach
Respect for human rights in our activities and business relationships is an important aspect of Uralchem's social responsibility. The Company respects the rights of its employees and runs its business strictly in compliance with all labour laws of the Russian Federation.
Uralchem provides all interested parties with the opportunity to file a complaint or appeal on issues related to the violation of the human rights through anonymous feedback channels. Confidentiality and the absence of any sanctions or negative consequences for the applicant are guaranteed. In 2023, there were no calls to the Hotline related to human rights violations.
Uralchem developed and adopted a Human Rights Policy. The Company also plans to provide human rights training to its employees.
