Solid reputation and transparency of business is the key to our company’s success. We strictly observe the applicable laws and adhere to the principles of equal competition and conscientiously meet all our obligations, constantly support and improve our corporate culture aimed at the transparency of our business across all aspects.
URALCHEM runs an anti-corruption policy that applies to all holding companies. The document was developed in compliance with the Federal Law ‘On Combating Corruption’. It regulates and sets the key requirements related to operations with contractors, partners and government bodies. This policy is mandatory for all employees of the company, regardless of their position.
Control over compliance with the anti-corruption policy is entrusted to the Legal Directorate and to the Revision Commission of URALCHEM. These units employ experts in various fields.
For the purpose of ensuring the safety and transparency of our business, we pay great attention to procurement activities in cooperation with the leading electronic platform SAP Ariba. The system makes it possible to track operations across all transactions and, therefore, to build reliable and open relationships with our partners.
To maintain the level of our corporate culture, we offer timely training to our employees and regularly inform them about changes in the corporate regulatory documents, in the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The company has set up a ‘hotline’ for reporting any facts of fraud, corruption, breach of law and other negative acts committed by URALCHEM’s employees and partners. For our part, we guarantee anonymity, security and, if necessary, feedback to all who reach us through our hotline.
