URALCHEM, OJSC announces production results for 2010
Moscow – 27 January, 2011 – URALCHEM, OJSC announces production results for 2010. Production volume at all enterprises of URALCHEM Group increased by 10% in 2010 compared to the year 2009 and amounted to the total of 4.861 million tonnes of production. Ammonia production increased by 24%, DAP production - by 446%, MAP – by 842%. The company was able to reach high results due to favourable market conditions and growing demand from Russian and western consumers.

Dmitry Konyaev, the Chief Executive Officer of URALCHEM, OJSC said: “All enterprises of URALCHEM Group are working at full capacity. In 2010 we reached the volume of 4.86 million tonnes of mineral fertilizers. We intend to increase the production volume every year and reach the volume of 5.5 million tonnes in 2014”.
