Key Assets of Uralchem Group are in Top 10 in RAEX’s Employee Development Quality Ranking
Uralchem Group performed very strongly in RAEX’s new sustainability and HR management study. The agency reviewed HR activities and practices of 160 Russian companies and selected 10 leaders in the quality of employee development. Uralkali PJSC and Uralchem JSC were both in the top 10 of the ranking with 7th and 10th places, respectively.
The survey participants were assessed against a number of key criteria including the availability of management programmes in occupational health and safety, human rights, talent attraction and retention, and inclusive working environment. Also considered were employee diversity and benefits, and accident and turnover statistics.
