Uralkali PJSC (81.47 % of its shares belong to URALCHEM, JSC), one of the world’s largest potash producers, announced the signing of a sponsorship contract with HAAS FORMULA LLC, which manages the Haas Formula 1 (F1) Racing Team.

URALCHEM, JSC announces the closure of the deal to acquire shares in Uralkali, one of the world's largest producers of potassium chloride. After the transaction, URALCHEM, JSC obtained the right to control more than 75% of Uralkali’s authorized capital.

On November 25, 2020, the Arbitration Court of the Samara Region made a decision to introduce a supervision procedure for Tomet LLC. The same decision included URALCHEM in the list of the third-priority creditors with a demand to collect 77.3 billion rubles in favor of PJSC Togliattiazot and 10.3 billion rubles in favor of URALCHEM, JSC.
