Ammonia

Technical grade ammonia (liquid)
Technical grade ammonia (aqueous)
Ammonia (aqueous reagent grade)

Technical grade ammonia (liquid)
GOST (State standard)  6221?90
NH3

Use:

Technical grade ammonia (liquid) is used in industry and agriculture:

  • Grade A technical ammonia (liquid) is used for production of nitric acid and for nitration; as refrigerant and for production of shielding atmospheres.
  • Grade B technical ammonia (liquid) is used for production of nitrogen fertilizers and as an independent fertilizer.

Characteristics:

Toxic colorless clear liquid, non-flammable, transforms into gas under normal temperature and normal atmosphere pressure. Ammonia gas compound with oxygen creates explosive mixture. Class of hazard with regard to impact on human body – 4.

Package:

The product is poured into special tank-cars, road-tankers, and steel cylinders.

Transportation:

The product is shipped by rail in special railway tank-cars, covered railway-cars, and multipurpose containers, as well as by road transport in special tank-trucks and steel cylinders in accordance with the shipping rules for the corresponding kind of transport.

Guaranteed shelf life:

1 year
