URALCHEM FREIGHT LIMITED was created in 2007 in order to provide forwarding service, trans-shipment in ports, and shipment by water-transport of the Company’s production that is sold for export. URALCHEM FREIGHT LIMITED provides shipment of the goods in ports and chartering of vessels.

URALCHEM-TRANS, LLC

URALCHEM-TRANS, LLC was created in 2007 for transportation of the Company’s production by rail. The fleet of URALCHEM-TRANS, LLC consists of about 5000 units of rolling-stock including mineral transporters and cisterns, almost 1300 of which are owned by the Company, 1600 are leased and rented for a long-term, and 2100 are used on the basis of short-term rent agreements. The production is transported by rail within the territory of the Russian Federation and the CIS.
