Felix M. Palyutin

Director of the Branch of URALCHEM MC in Berezniki

Born in 1964. Graduate of Kazan State University (Department of Chemistry), Ph.D. in Chemistry, Ph. D. in Economics. From 1989 until 2000 he was a research fellow at specialized research and development institutes, held a number of top-management positions in multi-industry chemical holding. From 2001 Mr. Palyutin held the position of the First Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance at Kazan Synthetic Rubber Plant, from 2002 to 2007 – the position of General Director of the plant. At the same time in the period from 2003 until 2007 he held the position of General Director of Polymer and Special-Purpose Rubber Research and Development Institute at Kazan State Technological University. In the period from 2007 to 2010 he headed a number of specialized engineering companies.
