Dmitry A. Mazepin

Chairman of the Board of Directors 

Born in 1968. Graduate of Minsk Suvorov Military School and Moscow State Institute of International relations (Department of Economics). From the middle 1990s Mr. Mazepin held the top management positions in government institutions and large companies such as Tyumen oil company, Nizhnevartovskneftegas, Kuzbassugol Coal company, Russian Federal Property Fund. From 2002 till 2003 Mr. Mazepin held the position of Chief Executive Officer of AK SIBUR. Since 2007, Dmitry Mazepin is Chairman of the Board of Directors of URALCHEM.

Legal Director of URALCHEM

Born in 1967.  Graduate of Voronezh State University (Department of Law), Institute of Business and Commercial Administration of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (EMBA course). From 1993 he held top management positions in legal departments of various of companies: Infistrakh, KredoBank, Alfa-Eco Group, AK SIBUR. Since 2007, Dimitry Tatyanin is Legal Director of URALCHEM. 

Dmitry V. Osipov

Chief Executive Officer of URALCHEM

Born in 1966. Graduate of Gorkiy State University (Radiophysics and Cybernetics Department). From the middle 1990s he held the top management positions in large chemical companies: Khimprom (Volgograd), Propan-Butanovaya Company, Sibur-Khimprom. From 2005 till 2007, Mr. Osipov served as CEO of KCCW OJSC, a subsidary of URALCHEM. Since 2007, Dmitry Osipov is Chief Executive Officer of URALCHEM. 

Elena A. Zevako

Chief Financial Officer of URALCHEM

Born in 1977. Master Graduate of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Department of Economics). Active member of ACCA. From 1999 to 2004, Ms Zevako worked in Deloitte CIS audit practice. From 2004 to 2007, she held the position of Financial Controller at Glencore. From 2005 to 2007, she held the position of Head of Corporate Reporting at RussNeft. From 2007 to 2009, Ms Zevako held a number of executive positions in Finance at URALCHEM. From 2009 to 2010, she served as Deputy CFO of URALCHEM. Since 2010, Elena Zevako is Chief Financial Officer of URALCHEM.

Business Development Director of URALCHEM

Born in 1968. Graduate of Gorkiy State University (Radiophysics and Cybernetics department). From the middle 1990s he held the top management positions in large chemical companies: National Gas Company and AK SIBUR. Since 2007, Mikhail Genkin is Business Development Director of URALCHEM.  

Dmitry V. Konyaev

Commercial Director of URALCHEM

Born in 1971. Graduate of Moscow State University (Department of Economics), California State University Hayward (MBA). From 1998 he held a number of senior management positions in Sederrot International AB, Mineral Trading, UralKali Trading SA (Singapore). Since 2007, Dmitry Konyaev is Commercial Director of URALCHEM.    

Advisor to Chairman of the Board of Directors

Born in 1972. She is a graduate of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (School of International Economic Relations).
Since 1996 Ms Orlovskaya had held a number of positions in marketing at the Coca-Cola Company and Kraft Foods. In the period from 2005 to 2008 she was Marketing Director at SladCo Confectionary Association. Up to 2009, Yulia had held the position of Marketing Director at GE Money Bank. Since 2009, Yuliya Orlovskaya is Advisor to Chairman of the Board of Directors of URALCHEM.

Nina I. Korotkova

Director of Human Resources of URALCHEM

Born in 1976 and holds a degree from Volgograd Pedagogical University. She has extensive experience in personnel management and HR-processes, formation of management teams and corporate culture in both large Russian and western companies, such as JTI, Sun Inbev and others. In 2006 she was appointed Director of Human Resources at the St. Petersburg branch of Sun Inbev, after which she occupied the post of Plant Director of Sun Inbev’s brewery in St. Petersburg. Since 2010, Nina Korotkova is Director of Human Resources of URALCHEM.

Vladimir M. Orlovsky

Independent Director

Born in 1966. Graduate of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (School of International Economic Relations). From 2002 until 2003 Mr. Orlovsky held top management positions at AK SIBUR. From 2004 until 2006 he served as the General Director of Spasskaya Bashnya Mortgage Real Estate Center. From 2006 until 2009 he was Vice-President of NOVIKOMBANK. Since 2009 Mr. Orlovsky has served as the First Vice President of PROMINVESTRASCHET BANK.
