Dmitry A. Mazepin

Chairman of the Board of Directors 

Born in 1968. Graduate of Minsk Suvorov Military School and Moscow State Institute of International relations (Department of Economics). From the middle 1990s Mr. Mazepin held the top management positions in government institutions and large companies such as Tyumen oil company, Nizhnevartovskneftegas, Kuzbassugol Coal company, Russian Federal Property Fund. From 2002 till 2003 Mr. Mazepin held the position of Chief Executive Officer of AK SIBUR.

Born in 1967.  Graduate of Voronezh State University (Department of Law), Institute of Business and Commercial Administration of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (EMBA course). From 1993 he held top management positions in legal departments of various of companies: Infistrakh, KredoBank, Alfa-Eco Group, AK SIBUR. 

Paul J. Ostling

Independent non-executive Director

Born in 1948. Mr. Ostling holds a Law Degree from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. in Mathematics and Philosophy from Fordham University. Mr. Ostling has over 30 years of managerial experience. From 2003 through 2007 he was Global СОО at Ernst&Young Global, where he also held other top management positions over a 31 year career: in 1994−2003 he was Global Executive Partner, in 1985−1994 — Vice Chairman and Director of Human Resources, in 1977−1985 — Associate General Counsel and Deputy to General Legal Adviser.

Since 2007 Mr. Ostling has been President of KUNGUR Oilfield Equipment & Services (Moscow). Since June 2007 he has been an independent member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee on the Board of Directors of MTS OJSC.

Mr. Ostling is Chairman of the Business Council for International Understanding (BCIU), a global organization sponsoring commercial diplomacy. Mr. Ostling is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the United Services Organization, and the Deputy Chairman of Cool nrg, PLC, an environmental services company headquartered in Australia. From 2003 until 2007, he was a member of the Board of Directors at Trans-Atlantic Business Dialogue (TABD) and Co-Chairman of the Ukrainian Foreign Investments Council.

John Van Brunt

Independent non-executive Director

Born in 1942. Mr. Van Brunt is a graduate of Queen’s University (Canada) with a specialization in chemical engineering. Mr. Van Brunt has over 40 years of managerial experience in the industry.

From 1965 to 2003 Mr. Van Brunt worked for Cominco Ltd., Agrium Inc., Canada, where he sequentially held the following positions: Vice-President Operations, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer. While being managed by Mr. Van Brunt, the Company demonstrated significant growth, expanding its geography and product portfolio, increasing wholesale and retail sales and modernizing its production assets. Mr. Van Brunt initiated Agrium’s international expansion and headed the establishment of the Company’s first joint venture in Argentina.

Since 2005 Mr. Van Brunt has been a member of the Board of Directors and a Head of Remuneration Committee at Spur Ventures, which is engaged in phosphate rock mining and the production of phosphate fertilizers in China.

Dmitry V. Osipov

Chief Executive Officer of URALCHEM, OJSC

Born in 1966. Graduate of Gorkiy State University (Radiophysics and Cybernetics Department). From the middle 1990s he held the top management positions in large chemical companies: Khimprom (Volgograd), Propan-Butanovaya Company, Sibur-Khimprom. From 2005 till 2007, Mr. Osipov served as CEO of KCCW OJSC, a subsidary of URALCHEM. 

Anton V. Vishanenko

Chief Financial Officer of URALCHEM, OJSC

Born in 1979. Graduate of Moscow Aviation Institute (Department of Economics) with  Ph.D. in economics. Active member of ACCA, associate member of AICPA. From 2000 till 2003 Mr. Vishanenko held a number of financial management positions in Wimm-Bill-Dann. From 2003 till 2006 he was Head of the International Financial Reporting department in Mechel. From 2006 till 2007 he served as CFO of Mechel. 

Business Development Director of URALCHEM, OJSC

Born in 1968. Graduate of Gorkiy State University (Radiophysics and Cybernetics department). From the middle 1990s he held the top management positions in large chemical companies: National Gas Company and AK SIBUR. 

Dmitry V. Konyaev

Commercial Director of URALCHEM MC, LLC

Born in 1971. Graduate of Moscow State University (Department of Economics), California State University Hayward (MBA). From 1998 till 2005 he held a number of senior management positions in Sederrot International AB, Mineral Trading, UralKali Trading SA (Singapore). 

Managing Director – Director of the Branch of URALCHEM, MC LLC

Born in 1974. Graduate of Karl Franz University in Graz (Austria) and Perm State Technologival University (Economics and Business Management). From 1997 to 2007 Mr. Drinevskiy worked in a number of positions including as Head of Advertising department and Deputy Marketing Director of Silvinit. From June to October 2007, he was Director of KCCW MFP, LLC.
